ABA Therapist
If you wish to apply as an ABA therapist, you will be working with children. You will work one-on-one with them, and you will have great benefits. If you are bilingual or fluent in ASL, you will get preferential applications. The pay rates and benefits are similar for all positions.

BcaBA
If you are planning to apply as a bcba, which is a board certified behavior analyst, you will fulfill many of the same duties as an ABA therapist. The major difference is that you are not an assistant, but a behavior analyst. It is part time. You are held to higher standards with technical and professional knowledge. Both positions require CPR and first aid backgrounds and the ability to pass a criminal background check. If you are bilingual or fluent in ASL, you will get preferential applications. The pay rates and benefits are similar for all positions.
