Entrenamiento RBT<\/h3>

Nuestros servicios se centran en el uso del an\u00e1lisis conductual aplicado para la intervenci\u00f3n en el autismo. Realizamos evaluaciones iniciales y ofrecemos intervenciones terap\u00e9uticas. Tambi\u00e9n utilizamos entrenamiento de prueba discreta y ayudamos a las personas a aprender en su entorno natural. Desarrollamos perfiles educativos y evaluamos la importancia de los hitos y marcadores conductuales. Esto nos permite ubicar adecuadamente a nuestros clientes y determinar qu\u00e9 servicios ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s beneficiosos. Posteriormente, utilizamos el an\u00e1lisis conductual aplicado y la modificaci\u00f3n de conducta, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de habilidades para reducir ciertos comportamientos.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Capacitaci\u00f3n para padres<\/h3>

Si planea postularse como analista de conducta certificado por la junta (BCBA), desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1 muchas de las mismas funciones que un terapeuta ABA. La principal diferencia es que no ser\u00e1 asistente, sino analista de conducta. Trabaja a tiempo parcial. Se le exigir\u00e1n est\u00e1ndares m\u00e1s altos, con conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos y profesionales. Ambos puestos requieren experiencia en RCP y primeros auxilios, as\u00ed como la capacidad de aprobar una verificaci\u00f3n de antecedentes penales. Si es biling\u00fce o domina el lenguaje de se\u00f1as americano (ASL), recibir\u00e1 solicitudes preferenciales. Supervisi\u00f3n<\/h3>

La supervisi\u00f3n es otra caracter\u00edstica que ofrecemos. Nuestra capacitaci\u00f3n incluye horas de supervisi\u00f3n obligatorias. Toda persona que solicite y acepte un puesto con nosotros debe completar horas de supervisi\u00f3n continua. Esto tambi\u00e9n lo ofrecemos a personas externas a la organizaci\u00f3n que trabajan en an\u00e1lisis y entrenamiento conductual y desean avanzar en su carrera.
