Training
RBT Training
Our services focus on the use of applied behavior analysis for autism intervention. We conduct initial assessments and offer therapeutic interventions. We also use discrete trial training and help individuals learn in their natural environment. We develop educational profiles and assess the importance of behavioral milestones and markers. This allows us to appropriately place our clients and determine which services will be most beneficial. We then use applied behavior analysis and behavior modification, as well as skill building to reduce certain behaviors.
Parent Training
If you are planning to apply as a bcba, which is a board certified behavior analyst, you will fulfill many of the same duties as an ABA therapist. The major difference is that you are not an assistant, but a behavior analyst. It is part time. You are held to higher standards with technical and professional knowledge. Both positions require CPR and first aid backgrounds and the ability to pass a criminal background check. If you are bilingual or fluent in ASL, you will get preferential applications. The pay rates and benefits are similar for all positions.

Supervision
Supervision is something else that we offer. Our training has mandatory supervision hours. Everyone who applies for and accepts any position with us must complete ongoing supervision hours. This is also something that we offer to people outside of the organization who work in behavior analysis and behavioral training and want to further their careers. We can facilitate placement and expansion.
Ace
We recognize that our clients might have questions about our workshops. We are credentialed by the behavior analyst certification board to provide seminars and workshops in Broward County and Miami-Dade. Our workshops cover a wide range of topics, and there is truly something for everyone with every possible behavioral need and behavioral background.
Speaker’s Bureau
We also have a Speakers Bureau. The information is presented on this page. This is somewhere where we work with the community to arrange conferences. Our presentations will be adapted based on the needs of your group. Funding
When looking into any service, even if someone feels that a service will benefit them, we know that families have questions about funding. We accept private payment, and some families will qualify for payment plans. We also accept many of the top insurance providers, and can bill your healthcare insurance company.
